The Nature of Coming Home

Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
No. Everything is designed to be accessible and participation is approached gently.
Is this a yoga retreat?
No. Movement and mindfulness are part of the experience, but AUREMA combines nature, local culture, food, creativity, rest and connection.
Who can join?
The retreat is for adults. You can come alone, with a partner or with a friend.
How many guests are there?
A minimum of 8 guests is required for the retreat to operate. The group is capped at 16 guests.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. The small-group format makes it easy to connect while still leaving space for yourself.
What language is the retreat in?
English.
Where do we meet?
The organised group transfer departs from Hotel International, Miramarska cesta 24, Zagreb. The retreat programme begins at 12:00 on Monday at Sukha Vacation House in Međimurje.
Do I need a car?
No. Transfers and local transportation included in the programme are organised for you. Guests arriving independently receive detailed instructions.
What should I pack?
Comfortable clothes, walking shoes, swimwear, a light rain layer and something slightly warmer for evenings. A detailed packing guide will be sent before arrival.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Tell us about food allergies and dietary requirements in your booking request. We will confirm what can be accommodated.
Will I have free time?
Yes. Intentionally. This isn't a programme designed to fill every available minute.
Do I have to participate in everything?
No. You're invited, not obliged.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation, organised transfers from and to Zagreb, local transport included in the programme, scheduled activities and workshops, meals specified in the programme, pool access at Terme Sveti Martin and the AUREMA welcome gift.
What is not included?
Travel to Zagreb, travel insurance, personal expenses, wellness treatments, the single-use room supplement at Terme Sveti Martin and Friday evening dinner.
How do I book?
Send a booking request. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive payment instructions. Payment confirms your reservation.
When is payment due?
Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before the retreat begins.
What happens if the minimum group size is not reached?
The retreat requires at least 8 guests. For The Nature of Coming Home, the formal procedure, deadlines and guest rights if the minimum is not reached will be stated in the booking terms supplied through True Colors.
Where can I find cancellation and booking conditions?
The final booking terms, cancellation policy and legally required travel information will be provided through the formal booking process and linked on the website.
