Booking Information
General travel terms for AUREMA retreats.
Every AUREMA retreat is organised together with a licensed travel agency. That agency is the travel organiser for the retreat and is responsible for the booking, the travel documentation and the terms set out below.
The organiser is appointed separately for each retreat, so the details in Section 1 change depending on which retreat you are booking. The retreat page always states which agency is involved, and the terms below apply to that agency for that retreat.

AUREMA is a retreat brand operated by IT FACTORY d.o.o., Dr. Ivana Novaka 10, 40000 Čakovec, OIB: 76657421101. AUREMA creates and hosts the retreat programme; the travel organiser named above is responsible for the travel arrangement itself.
2. Booking and reservation
You can book a place on a retreat through this website, by e-mail or by telephone.
A reservation becomes valid once the organiser has confirmed it and payment has been made according to the offer or invoice. Sending a booking request through this website does not by itself reserve a place.
3. Price
The price covers the services listed in the retreat programme. Anything not listed in the programme is not included in the price.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by another available payment method.
5. Cancellation by the traveller
A reservation can be cancelled only in writing, by e-mail. The date the written cancellation is received is treated as the date of cancellation.

In the case of a no-show, the organiser reserves the right to charge the full price of the programme.
6. Transferring a booking to someone else
With the organiser's agreement, a traveller may transfer their reservation to another person. Any costs arising from the change may be charged.
7. Cancellation for reasons beyond your control
If you need to cancel for serious reasons, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance, which may cover costs the terms above would otherwise leave with you.
8. Travel insurance
Travellers are advised to take out travel insurance. Depending on the policy, this may include health insurance, accident insurance, baggage insurance and cancellation insurance.
