Place
Get close to the soul of a place.
Not through a checklist of sights, but through its landscape, flavours, traditions and everyday rhythms.

Intimate retreats rooted in nature, local life and the quiet luxury of having time.
A different way to travel.
Some places are meant to be more than visited. They are meant to be lived — slowly.
AUREMA creates intimate retreats shaped by the places in which they happen: their landscapes, food, people, traditions and natural rhythms.
We invite you to stay long enough to notice. To share a table. Walk without rushing. Meet the people who call this place home. Make something with your hands. Eat what grows nearby. Rest when you need to.
Because meaningful travel isn't about seeing more. It's about feeling more deeply where you are.

Get close to the soul of a place.
Not through a checklist of sights, but through its landscape, flavours, traditions and everyday rhythms.

Meet around the table.
AUREMA retreats are intentionally small. There is time for conversation, shared meals and genuine connection — with locals and with the people travelling beside you.

Have nowhere else to be.
Less scheduling. Less rushing. More space to notice what is around you — and what you may have stopped noticing in yourself.
AUREMA / Retreat 01
Find your green. Find yourself.
A five-day retreat in Croatia's green north, created for people who want to step away from the pace of everyday life and experience somewhere — and themselves — a little differently.

Experience AUREMA
No alarm unless you want one. Morning light, coffee, breakfast and a day that doesn't need to begin at full speed.
Pick vegetables from a local family farm. Then bring them home and cook lunch together. It doesn't get much more farm-to-table than that.
Some of the best parts of AUREMA happen around a table. Meals aren't gaps between activities. They're part of the experience.
Blend tea. Cook. Paint. Listen to music. Not because you need to become good at any of it. Because doing something with your hands changes the pace of your mind.
Not every hour needs an activity. There is thermal water. A countryside road. A book. A conversation. Or absolutely nothing.
Rest. Watch the trees move. Let your thoughts catch up with you. This is part of the retreat, too.

Time to eat. Time to walk. Time to talk.
Time to make. Time to rest. Time to notice.
Stay a little longer.
New retreats, stories from the places we love and occasional reasons to travel slowly.
